What makes a first email useful.
None of this is required, but any of it will make the first reply substantially more useful than a scheduling message:
The structure or spec. What you actually need made — film structure, barrier requirement, format, any regulatory constraint it has to satisfy.
The volume and timeline. Roughly what you are placing and by when.
What you have already tried. Manufacturers already looked at, where the process stalled, what you could not confirm.
What a wrong answer costs you. This tells us honestly whether the work is worth what it takes.
